The target of the testing was to identify the influence and effect of our two most popular water-based products: the iShine nº4 Polymer Sealant & the iShine nº5 Protective Nanotechnolgy Topcoat, along with our iShine iCeramic Light and iShine iCeramic Advanced ceramic coating. All products were applied on Alexseal Premium Topcoat 501 and Acrylic Topcoat X to undergo stress tests in terms of gloss and color changes under artificial weathering (UV & humidity).

Additionally, iShine’s nº4 Polymer Sealant and nº5 Protective Nanotechnolgy Topcoat have been placed in accelerated weathering chambers (for 2000h of artificial weathering) by Alexseal. This procedure simulates years of exposure in just a few weeks.

They showed absolutely no negative impact over the reference. The panels treated with iCeramic light (3μm) and iCeramic Advanced (10μm) behave similarly to the untreated reference panels.
