The shipping option (transport) will be given by the customer, and the cost of the same (freight) will depend on the company’s designation and the quality of service chosen by the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery service and they will be counted as non-working days.
Delivery times are different within countries, and can vary. Although we will strive to achieve the best possible delievery way and time, your delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, nor will iShine be responsible for any compensation to the client.
The order will be delivered at the address designated at the time of purchase by the customer. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer may generate additional costs on the sale price.
The customer is responsible for verifying the content and condition of the goods at the time of delivery, once accepted and consigning his signature on the copy of the guide of the transport company, expresses his agreement on the received and waives claims subsequent on the suitability and identity of the goods requested and received. In the case of checking the customer at the time of delivery errors in the received goods or that it is visually damaged, must record these circumstances in the carrier’s guide and bring these facts to iShine within 24 hours, by written complaint to the email firstname.lastname@example.org
